Join us for a casual, no-pressure group run/walk designed for all levels—especially if you're starting fresh or just getting back into a rhythm.

You will go out at your easy pace: 20 minutes out, 20 minutes back.

Whether you walk, jog, or do a mix of both, you’re welcome here.

Afterward, we’ll hang out at The Creamery for conversation, community, and maybe some sweets (totally optional, but highly encouraged).
